Boutique Street accepts returns if the item ordered is defective, the wrong size, or is too large or too small.
The return is at our expense and will be handled by our personal courier BRT, who will collect the package directly from your home throughout Italy. It is essential that the return request be made within one day of the package's delivery date. This is because the size of the item can be verified upon use, requiring no additional time.

Once the return has been made, you will have to wait the same amount of time it took for the previously ordered item to be delivered.
Please provide a return envelope, making sure it is not see-through.
You can also use our own envelope, as long as it is not damaged.
We do not accept returns or refunds if you no longer like the item you ordered and have changed your mind.
